Platform Release Now Available - 22nd November

This release, we have added more functionality in adjusting existing bookings in POS and have implemented some improvements across the platform. Have a read of our updates below  👇

  • Ability to remove booking items from POS - How do I activate this? This is automatically available on POS. For updated instructions, please read our updated article ‘Adjust items for existing bookings in POS’
  • Update to waiver holders search functionality - Search waiver holders by their phone number in POS. How do I activate this?  This is automatically available to all clients utilising Waivers. Our Knowledge Base article has been updated
  • Address field in forms upgrade - The address field in forms utilises a Google Maps address search and recognition. How do I activate this?  No further action required. Click here to read our Forms article
  • UX updates to the Product page - This includes new icons and descriptions. How do I activate this?  This is automatically updated, you will be able to see updates by clicking here

Platform Release Now Available - 12th November

Introducing 🛎 Notifications  - for tasks such as exporting a large amount of data such as a year's worth of transactions, bookings with form data, and the like - will now create a task that runs in the background and will create an alert for when the CSV is ready for Download. How do I activate this? This is available to all clients for exporting data from the bookings grid, runsheet, daily capacity view and reports. For more information, read our Notifications article 👈

  • Customer profile updates will now reflect in the activity stream - In Venue Manager, any and all edits made to a customer’s profile such as postcode will be displayed in the booking activity stream with a timelog and tracking of the action. How do I activate this?  All platforms will have this functionality, please note, this will not update retrospectively

  • Ability to add items to existing booking in POS - This functionality will be released to all platforms tomorrow, prior to release, please familiarise yourself by reading this article .   • Waiver kiosk flow customisation - Clients that do not require waivers to be attached to tickets for check-in can skip the ‘Do you have a booking’ step for the Waiver kiosk. How do I activate this?  Please see our ‘Waiver configuration’ article

Platform Release Now Available - 15th August

This week, we're launching a new product...Recurring Passes! This allows venues to create term based classes or programs such as skill based or fitness activities that occur regularly. For example, the venue can now sell a 'Flips and Tricks' one-hour session every week at 5:30 pm on Fridays, available for the next 3 months.

With Recurring Passes, you can encourage repeat visits by collecting funds upfront, whilst reducing operational costs and manual processes. Watch our video 👇

  • New option for marketing opt-in checkbox for Checkout flow - Added customisation, clients can now decide whether their opt in is pre-ticked or not.
