What's new: June 2026 🎉

This month brings three big wins for busy venues, plus a handful of updates to explore.

  • Charge peak rates on party slots
    Early bird and time-based price rules now work on party packages. Drive earlier bookings, lift weekday utilization or add a premium to your busiest slots.
  • Track every membership redemption across venues
    The new Membership Entitlement Redemptions report gives you a complete view of redemptions, including members whose home venue is elsewhere, so cross-venue reconciliation is simple.
  • See live redemption counts in POS capacity view
    Session tiles in POS capacity view now show a live redemption counter (eg "0 out of 3 guests") right on the booking tile. Get an at-a-glance status without opening a booking, updating in real time as guests are checked in.

  • Bookings: Fixed an issue where the unit price field reverted to the first digit of the original price when edited using backspace.
  • Discount Codes
    • Fixed an issue where HQ-managed discount codes disappeared after venue product lists were updated, making previously issued codes unusable.
    • Fixed an issue where users could not access the Create HQ Discount Codes page at the HQ venue.
  • Discounts: Fixed an issue where discount codes could not be created or edited without the "Can Access Segment Settings" permission.

    • Fixed an issue where recurring membership charges incorrectly triggered activation fee refunds.

  • Mobile F&B Ordering: Fixed an issue where the print button did not appear when the KDS was the only print station available.

    • You can end a booking early from the capacity view, freeing resource capacity and allowing you to sell more tickets.
    • If capacity view has no resources configured, it will be hidden from POS.
  • User roles: Added a new user permission "Can reschedule bookings", which allows operators to adjust the time and resource allocation for bookings in POS, without full booking edit permission.
  • Waivers: Fixed an issue where packages containing a session pass admitting two or more guests only requested a single waiver.

    • You can now flag a booking as "Ready to start" by clicking on a booking in capacity view. The flag can be used to represent to other POS operators to avoid adjusting the booking.     
  • Stock: The Cost of Goods (COGs) table now includes updated fields to help you better track and manage stock costs.
  • Memberships 
    • Fixed an issue where memberships set to start on a future date in POS were being charged three times.
    • Fixed an issue where multiple memberships couldn't be redeemed in the same checkout.
    • Fixed an issue where the outstanding balance was displaying incorrectly after multiple memberships and discounts were applied to a booking.
    • Flat discounts are now correctly excluded from recurring membership charges, preventing unintended discounts on ongoing payments.

Venue Operations

  • Bookings
    • Session passes can now be redeemed multiple times, giving guests more flexibility when using their passes.
    • Fixed an issue where fees weren't being collected when processing additional payments through Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an error that prevented overbooking of party packages through Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where the country code was defaulting to Australia (+61) when sending a waiver request by SMS from a booking.
    • Fixed an issue where past dates couldn't be selected when backdating a booking in Venue Manager, even when the setting was enabled.

  • Daily Capacity: Fixed an issue where Daily Capacity showed all time slots as fully booked when using Book Out Multi Resource, instead of only the actual booked time slot.
  • Stock: Fixed an issue that could prevent stock items from being archived by incorrectly showing them as still part of a package after they had been removed.

    • Fixed an issue where if a membership was assigned to a waiver holder, the membership would only show against the booking holders profile in Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where if a cart contained multiple products for multiple future dates, some membership discounts would not apply correctly.
  • Email
    • Fixed an issue where the itemised breakdown of products for a party package would not display on booking notification emails.
    • Fixed an issue where after generating emails for partial payments, the follow-up or final payments for a booking would not trigger the expected emails to send.

  • Exports: PDF Exports now support additional character sets (Chinese, Korean & Japanese).
  • Party summary: Fixed an issue where party summary export was showing the wrong wristband allocation for future dates.

    • Addressed an issue causing delays in the reporting of new product sales data in Revenue recognition.
    • Trial balance no longer removes gift card deferred revenue when the booking with the gift card sale is cancelled.
  • Product: Fixed an issue where tax % was showing in 1000s in tax override dropdown.

  • Staff Permissions: Added a new permission, which controls whether staff can edit the resources assigned to products. 
  • Memberships: Added the ability to define the discount name for display on POS, to existing membership discounts within HQ managed products.

    • Fixed an issue where disabled API keys may still allow usage of the key.
    • Fixed an issue that prevented creating unique names for API keys.
  • Cashless Cards: Added a direct integration with Cashless Card System Sacoa, allowing Sacoa cards to be sold, reloaded and tracked at POS, keeping card balances and transactions automatically in sync.
  • Channel Management
    • Added a direct integration with OTA marketplace Trip.com, enabling centralised availability, booking data and reporting between the two platforms.
