- Tabs are now accessible for more than 24 hours in POS without needing to re-sync or do advanced searches.
- Progressive checkout
- Enhanced capacity calculations so that session capacity is more consistent across POS and online checkouts.
- Enhanced the checkout to better reflect the total amount remaining on a booking after the deposit is paid.
- Enhanced the styling of checkboxes to improve usability of the checkout.
- Fixed a problem that allowed guests to overbook a resource when purchasing multiple packages at a time.
- Fixed an issue that caused the "Physical gift card" option to show, despite being configured to not show.
- Resolved an issue that caused gift cards to take full payment instead of deposit payments.
- The "From" pricing now correctly uses the configured text colour.
- You can now configure any product as an addon for a party package, allowing you to upsell session or standard passes when guests buy a party package product.
- Receipts: Resolved a problem that caused receipts to show a '0' value for party packages and package products.
Serve
- Discounts: Updated ‘2 for 1’ discount to ‘Buy and Get,’ allowing greater flexibility in creating promotions. Currently supports single product variations (e.g., buy 3 Child tickets, get 1 Child ticket free).
- Party packages
- Fixed issue where the Booking PDF export displayed “0.00” for Party Package items, ensuring the correct prices are now shown.
- Updated the party guest list view in online accounts to enable user to update their party name.
- POS: Fixed issue where attached waivers for single package products with multiple quantities became detached during the POS sales flow, ensuring waivers remain linked to all tickets in the booking.
- Playground: Resolved issue preventing some venues from updating the playground, which previously resulted in a notification stating “Playground couldn’t be updated at this time.”.

- Memberships
- Fixed issue with discount codes being case-sensitive during online checkout, ensuring that codes apply correctly regardless of case.
- Resolved issue with membership discount stacking in POS to configure usage limits and enable/disable stacking.
- Fixed issue with membership discounts not applying correctly at POS, ensuring discounts are applied consistently regardless of the number of ticket types or quantities entered.
- Party Packages
- Fixed issue with order confirmation emails displaying incorrect prices for Party Package Products, ensuring pricing matches between the booking details in Venue Manager and the confirmation email.
- Resolved issue by ensuring the custom host message is consistently displayed in guest list-related emails, including RSVP confirmation and reminder emails.
- Discounts
- Fixed issue where the “Issue Code On Purchase” emails displayed incorrect discount names.
- Resolved issue where a large number of uploaded discount codes caused the UI to become unresponsive.
- Fixed issue where applying discounts to online bookings incorrectly excluded postage and miscalculated transaction fees.
- GX Score: Updated the GX Score question to “How would you rate your experience at [venue name]?” to enhance guest feedback accuracy.
Manage
- Booking receivable: Bookings receivable report no longer shows canceled, fully paid, or fully discounted bookings.
- Daily capacity: Daily capacity now shows the booking holder's name in the redeemed view as well.
- Cashless cards: You can now override the tax for cashless card sales.
- HQ
- Resolved the "Master ticket code is required" error when modifying HQ Standard passes.
- Fixed issue where non-HQ product categories changed incorrectly after HQ sync.
- HQ-controlled venues can now see staff from other venues that have access to their venue on the staff screen.

- Corrected bug causing single booking resources to be double-booked.
- Fixed missing resources issue in party package bookings.
