New guest segmentation features to personalize your guest communication.

We’re improving guest segmentation so that you can fine-tune the way you personalize communication with your guests. 

We've added new rules and data points to level up your segments. There are additional attributes for guest flags and bans, Guest Experience Score & memberships. For customers using waivers, the new birthday filter that will give you the parent contact details when a minor’s date of birth matches the filter criteria.

These enhancements are available TODAY for Pro, Premium, or Enterprise plans.

Guests can now add bookings and memberships to their digital wallets!

Progressive Checkouts now supports guests in adding their passes and memberships to their Google or Apple smartphone wallets, making it super easy for guests to find their booking information and helping you avoid bottlenecks at ticket redemption. 

Passes and memberships located in guests' digital wallets suit the look and feel of your venue's branding and serve as a reminder of your venue each time the guest accesses their digital wallet. 

It’s super easy for guests to add their purchases to their digital wallet - they can simply click the “Add to wallet” button in the checkout flow or from their purchase confirmation email, or membership purchase email. Now available for all customers using Progressive Checkouts.

Default Activation of Smart Dunning: Maximize Membership Revenue

We're excited to announce an important change in our Smart Dunning feature, aimed at making your experience more seamless and profitable. Starting now, Smart Dunning, ROLLER's advanced machine learning tool for maximizing recurring payment collection and preventing involuntary membership churn, will be enabled by default for all venues using ROLLER Payments. This change will enhance your revenue collection process and maximize membership revenue by reducing involuntary membership churn.

    • Fixed an issue that made it difficult for guests to navigate to the next available date when the calendar function was used, or if the checkout had products on the second page.
    • Updated the terms and conditions checkbox to now be over two lines (still only one checkbox for guests) so that it's translatable for German venues.
