Imagine this: Guests arrive at your venue, excited for a day of fun, but instead of diving straight into the action, they’re stuck filling out waivers even though they bought their tickets ahead of time. This delay not only frustrates guests but also creates bottlenecks for your staff.
We’re excited to announce our feature: Streamlined Waiver Signing After Purchase. This feature ensures guests sign waivers immediately after purchasing products online that require waivers, reducing delays and enhancing the guest experience. This is only available for our progressive checkout.
Our data shows that the percentage of waivers signed during the checkout process increased from 49% to 71% after implementing this feature.
How it works
Once guests complete their purchase online, they’re automatically prompted to sign the waiver. This addition to your checkout process means no more waiting around at the venue entrance.
When will you see it?
This feature will be enabled for all progressive checkouts now. However, you may opt out of it by changing your progressive checkout settings.
Our waiver reminder email for party package bookings is now available. In our beta, we reduced the number of waivers signed on the day by approximately 24%!
Prompt party booking holders to get their guests' waivers signed before the event and significantly reduce day-of waiver signings, freeing up time for upselling and ensuring a smooth party start. ✨
This feature is available on all plans, with email template customization for Pro plans and above.

Stored payment methods is now live for all ROLLER Payments customers!
Missed collecting a payment during peak times? You can now follow up with guests later to confirm and process payments seamlessly for bookings made online.
Parents managing young children after a busy party? Simply ask, “Would you like me to charge the card on file?”
✨ Our beta customers have collected on average $3,000 per month by charging a previously used card.
Here’s how it works: When a guest books online, say for a party and pays a deposit online, we securely save their payment method. On the event day, extra charges and outstanding amounts can be easily charged from the booking to the saved card, avoiding a physical checkout.
