  • Porgressive Checkouts
    • Enhanced online accounts to make it more clear which payment methods were used for upcoming tickets
    • Resolved a display issue that made it confusing for users when purchasing gift cards
    • Enhanced the checkout to optimize how much description was showing per each product
    • Resolved a bug that caused resources to be incorrectly assigned for online checkout bookings
    • Fixed an issue which caused the number of guests in a party to decline when items were removed from the cart
    • Resolved an issue that caused discounts to include the postage amount of gift-cards in the discounted amount
    • Enhanced the checkout to show guests a sold-out disclaimer when they fully book a product and attempt to add more of the product to the cart
    • Fixed a display issue that caused the terms and conditions buttons to overlap
    • Fixed a visual glitched that temporarily caused the checkout button to be difficult to click on mobile
    • Fixed an issue that prevented guests from being able to reschedule their booking if the online accounts advanced rules were configured in a specific way
    • Enhanced the checkout so that sub-categories now show in the checkout, when the checkout section is set to display products from a category

    • Enhanced the progressive checkout so that venues can now link guests to a specific section of a checkout - useful if checkouts are long. This means websites can now link guests to the specific section and eliminate scrolling from guests. (this has been shown to increase checkout conversion rates)

  • Fiskaly - Resolved a bug that prevented fiscal data from appearing on receipts when the Fiskaly integration had been completed 
  • Mobile F&B Ordering - Fixed a display issue that asked guests for a tip multiple times unnecessarily 
  • Memberships - Resolved a display issue that made it difficult for guests to cancel their membership online 
  • Meta Pixel - Updated the Meta Pixel so that value is linked when items are added to the cart

    • Resolved issue preventing export of bookings with '/' in the name, enabling PDF export
    • Resolved issue where contact details within a group in an inquiry form did not appear in the header of the Activity Center flyout
    • Fixed issue preventing password reset for accounts 
    • Fixed issue where Tax variations could not be deleted from Venue Settings
    • Resolved issue where ticket availability within session passes displayed incorrectly in Venue Manager and Online Checkout

    • Resolved issue where resources fell off Party Package Bookings after Booking Amendments, ensuring Booking Amendments no longer cause resource drops
  • HQ - Resolved issue where HQ staff with custom roles were unable to access Settings > Account despite the option being enabled 
  • Email Template Studio - Fixed issue where waiver section in confirmation emails was not displaying with red background as per template 
  • Availability - Fixed an issue where the '2 Hour Field Trip' product, controlled at HQ level, was showing no availability for certain locations despite being set for all venues

    • Fixed issue where cancelled bookings were still reserving resources in Daily Capacity

🚀 Introducing: Booking reminder email [Public beta now available!]

We're excited to launch the public beta of our new Booking Reminder Email, designed to reduce the manual effort you and your staff currently invest in pre-booking tasks. This automated email can prompt your guests to complete waivers, confirm guest numbers, catering choices, and more, well in advance of their visit.

What's new?

  • Set up emails to automatically notify guests about their upcoming bookings and any necessary actions, such as completing waivers. 💌
  • Control when these reminders are sent by adjusting the settings directly in each product’s configuration. ⏰
  • Customize the email template's content, instructions and language in Settings > Design > Email templates.🎨

How to opt-in to the public beta

All customers on a Pro plan and above can opt-in by enabling the email to send per product:

  1. From Venue Manager, go to Products > All products. 
  2. Choose the product you want and scroll down to Additional options.
  3. Toggle on Booking reminder to enable the email, then set your ideal timing for sending the email. ✅

  • Dockets - Fixed an issue that prevented table numbers from appearing on printed dockets
  • Fiskaly Integration - Fiscal data is now appearing on receipts when using Production Management print stations.
  • Memberships - Resolved a problem that caused memberships to not be redeemable through POS, despite being redeemable through other sales channels
  • Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering
    • POS can now be used to suspend stock items from online sales. This is helpful to prevent stock from being ordered online via mobile food and beverage checkouts when the stock is unavailable for purchase.
    • Several enhancements have been made to stock modifiers to better support mobile food and beverage checkouts.
  • POS - Fixed a currency localization issue for Swiss Franc. Decimal points are now displayed correctly when the payment amount is manually entered on POS.
  • Progressive Checkout
    • The progressive checkout is no longer case-sensitive when redeeming gift cards
    • Progressive checkouts have been updated to clearly show the booking deposit amount and any remaining total amounts owing
    • You can now create progressive checkout links that open the visitor to a specific section of a checkout, this update provides for a clearer purchase flow.
    • Fixed an issue where the checkout was incorrectly prompting guests to create an online account after they had made an online purchase
    • When upgrading or renewing a membership from Online Accounts - using the automated win-back flows - the interface now provides clear instructions for the change in membership cost.
    • Resolved a challenge where add-on product availability was incorrectly calculating
    • Fixed a display issue which caused a button in the Online Accounts area to not be correctly translated
    • Overcame a challenge that allowed multiple discounts to be entered into the progressive checkouts despite the configuration for multiple discounts being switched off.
    • Resolved multiple availability challenges on the progressive checkout, which prevented some tickets from showing as available when they were available
    • Resolved a problem that enabled some guests to purchase over the max purchase limit
    • Fixed a display issue that caused item quantity to not update when the basket was edited
    • When guests try to add sold-out resources to the checkout basket, a more descriptive error will appear

  • Tipping - Solved an issue preventing card terminal tips from being reassigned

Market

  • Confirmation Email - Resolved a display issue which caused forms to appear multiple times unnecessarily depending on the basket contents
  • Discounts
    • Fixed an issue where discounts would be removed from the checkout after the booking was adjusted
    • Discounts have been updates such that they are no longer case sensitive in the Venue Manager
    • Resolved multiple challenges where discount codes were not fully applying where usage limits were configured against the discount
    • Identified and resolved multiple issues which prevented discounts from being applied to online checkout bookings
    • The "per code" discount rule is now applied once per booking when an applicable product is included in the booking. If more than one applicable product is included, it is applied only once. This applies to discounts with specific configurations: 1) Fixed Amount, 2) Apply to selected products, 3) Per code usage limit.
  • GX Score
    • Solved an issue where the View Booking button for the GX Score dashboard widget was not directing users to the correct survey response
    • Solved a challenge preventing some staff from accessing GX settings

  • Activity Center - Fixed visibility of conditional question answers in forms within the Activity Center

    • Resolved issue where bookings showed as partially paid despite being paid in full.

More prominent waiver panel in confirmation emails for early signing boost 📝✨

We've updated the waiver panel in our order confirmation emails, making it more visible and easier to understand. This enhancement helps guests quickly grasp what they need to do with their waivers, thanks to a user-friendly share link, a standout design, and clearer instructions. This should get them signing and sharing earlier.

If you've customized your email templates, don't worry – your changes are still there. If you want the new waiver text, you can add it manually or revert to our updated default template (just a heads-up, switching back will remove any other custom tweaks you've made). 

Our goal here is simple: make the start of your events smoother. Expect quicker entries, hassle-free beginnings, and extra chances for upselling. 🌟

Save time managing schedules for multiple venues with HQ schedules ⏰

We're excited to announce that HQ Schedules is out of beta and available now for all HQ venues on an HQ Pro add-on subscription!

Move from individual park schedule management for all your parks to managing schedules from one centralized location. HQ Schedules allows you to manage all park schedules from your HQ account, automatically aligning with each venue's operating hours.

For example, if Austin’s Sunday hours end at 10 PM and Phoenix’s at 8 PM, booking times will be adjusted accordingly. This streamlined control allows for fast updates and the flexibility for session times to align with individual venue opening and closing times.

You can also group your venues and make changes and push updates to all venues or a group of venues. And if some HQ products require unique scheduling, you can still manage their schedules at the venue level.

Fewer duplicate waivers, faster entries, happier guests 🥰

We've successfully decreased duplicate minor waiver signings in a test group, going from about 8% to only 1.4%.

How? We set the default option in the online waiver form to "include minors", reducing the chances of parents or guardians overlooking it.

If your venue has more waivers signed with waivers, we've now made this default setting active. This means the option to include minors is pre-selected when guests fill out a waiver.

You can check out this new setting under Documents > Waivers > Waiver details.
