Streamline your booking processes using Tentative Bookings
Managing unpaid payment payments and keeping track of invoices can be challenging. It often involves a lot of manual effort, leading to missed opportunities and slowing down operations. Tentative Bookings let you automate this process. By setting a hold period for your bookings, guests have a time limit, so if payment isn't received, bookings will be automatically canceled to free up capacity. This eliminates the need for manual tracking and cancellation of unpaid bookings, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of lost revenue from unused spaces.
To get started with Tentative Bookings, first set up your preferred default hold period in Venue settings. Then, whenever you create a new booking in Venue Manager it will automatically use this default hold period, with the option to override if required. Guests will be notified of their hold period when they’re sent a payment link. If payment isn’t received in time, their booking will be automatically canceled, streamlining your processes and maximizing your revenue.
