Adjusting party bookings is now more flexible than ever!
We understand that last-minute changes to parties are inevitable, and managing them should be as seamless as possible.
Until now, making changes to a party booking required staff to navigate away from the POS and towards Venue Manager, which was time-consuming and inconvenient. But with our newest update, these adjustments can now be made directly at the point of sale.
With our new enhancements for Party Package bookings at POS, you can:
- Edit the quantity of guests: Whether it's adding an unexpected guest or adjusting for a no-show, manage the numbers directly in POS to ensure your capacity is up to date
- Change party inclusions with ease: Tailor your party packages to suit your guest's needs without any hassle, such as changing pizza toppings to account for unexpected dietary requirements. The system will prompt you to adjust the food and drinks based on the updated guest count.
- Real-time billing updates: As you make changes to the party package, the total owing gets updated in real-time, allowing the POS operator to charge accurately.
Our aim with this enhancement is to speed up your party operations, improve efficiency at check-in, and above all, ensure a smoother, more enjoyable experience for your guests.
