Easily settle payments with stored payment methods in Venue Manager 💳 🎉

Stored payment methods is now live for all ROLLER Payments customers! 

Missed collecting a payment during peak times? You can now follow up with guests later to confirm and process payments seamlessly for bookings made online. 

Parents managing young children after a busy party? Simply ask, “Would you like me to charge the card on file?”  

✨ Our beta customers have collected on average $3,000 per month by charging a previously used card.

Here’s how it works: When a guest books online, say for a party and pays a deposit online, we securely save their payment method. On the event day, extra charges and outstanding amounts can be easily charged from the booking to the saved card, avoiding a physical checkout.

You’ll be able to:

  • Settle outstanding balances without guests waiting in line.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide an easy exit, especially for parents with young children.
  • Ensure the total amounts for bookings are paid for, minimizing lost revenue.
