🚀 Introducing: Booking reminder email [Public beta now available!]
We're excited to launch the public beta of our new Booking Reminder Email, designed to reduce the manual effort you and your staff currently invest in pre-booking tasks. This automated email can prompt your guests to complete waivers, confirm guest numbers, catering choices, and more, well in advance of their visit.
What's new?
- Set up emails to automatically notify guests about their upcoming bookings and any necessary actions, such as completing waivers. 💌
- Control when these reminders are sent by adjusting the settings directly in each product’s configuration. ⏰
- Customize the email template's content, instructions and language in Settings > Design > Email templates.🎨
How to opt-in to the public beta
All customers on a Pro plan and above can opt-in by enabling the email to send per product:
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All products.
- Choose the product you want and scroll down to Additional options.
- Toggle on Booking reminder to enable the email, then set your ideal timing for sending the email. ✅
