We’re improving guest segmentation so that you can fine-tune the way you personalize communication with your guests.
We've added new rules and data points to level up your segments. There are additional attributes for guest flags and bans, Guest Experience Score & memberships. For customers using waivers, the new birthday filter that will give you the parent contact details when a minor’s date of birth matches the filter criteria.
These enhancements are available TODAY for Pro, Premium, or Enterprise plans.
