We spent most of our time over the last week adjusting the backend system to improve performance and to implement fixes. In particular, after beta testing, we are exposing some new functionalities that'll improve the POS experience. Please read below to see all our updates 👇

• Help button URL update in Platform - When you click the Help button in the platform it will take you to our new support system to see Knowledge Base articles and log support tickets. How do I activate this? ROLLER Champion users will need to set their password & login to be able to log a support ticket, please click here to visit our new support system. From here, you will be able to set your password if you haven’t alreadyand will be resent an email to set a password automatically
• Ability to take Multiple Discounts on new bookings in POS - POS users now have the ability to add multiple discount codes to a single booking. How do I activate this? No activation required for our clients using POS, click here for step-by-step instructions on how to use the new functionality
• Design update to receipt template - The receipt template is now fully itemised per booking items and includes cost, discount applied and subtotal. How do I activate this? No action required - update Is automatic, click here to see an example
