Venue Operations

  • API
    • You can now identify a member redemption via the Get Booking Details endpoint which now includes isMembershipDiscount as true when the discount was applied if the booking holder was identified as a member
    • The get booking detail REST API endpoint now returns discount code information.
    • You can now retrieve Company details for a Guest through the ROLLER API.
    • You can now add or remove discount codes on existing bookings through the ROLLER API.
  • Daily Capacity
    • You can now bulk block capacity across multiple dates.
    • Fixed an issue where the daily capacity booking flow did not auto-attach minimum tickets for session pass field trips.
  • Bookings
    • Fixed an issue where editing a package ticket price to $0 did not update the booking balance, so the full price was still charged.
    • Fixed an issue where the "Cancel booking?" warning displayed incorrectly on company-linked bookings.
    • Fixed an issue where a cancelled and refunded booking incorrectly showed as overpaid.
    • Fixed an issue where admin-only form fields disappeared on booking pages when Bookings Details V2 was enabled.
  • Emails: Fixed an issue where product terms & conditions were not rendering in the multi-pass details email template despite being enabled.
  • Gift Cards: Fixed an issue where the Gift Card Sales report "Value Sold" figure changed when sold gift cards were later redeemed.
  • HQ 
    • Fixed an issue where the redemption instructions section was hidden in discount configuration when "Upload codes" was selected.
    • Fixed an issue where option sets were not copying from HQ to managed venues, so package inclusions now display correctly for new HQ-controlled variations.
    • Fixed an issue where arcade cashless card bundles failed to save at venue level; they now save correctly in HQ-controlled venues.
    • Fixed an issue where booking reminder emails defaulted to 'ON' at the venue, and ignored the HQ setting; adding HQ products now preserves the booking reminder setting.
    • Fixed an issue where "Hide from online sales" incorrectly cascaded to all variations on publish; HQ-controlled products and variations now follow the setting from HQ on create.
    • Fixed an issue where the checkout call-to-action displayed for HQ products unavailable in a controlled venue; it is now hidden when the product isn't available.
  • Memberships 
    • Fixed an issue where the option to add a membership to Apple Wallet was not available on the confirmation email.
    • Fixed an issue where the members grid empty-search state incorrectly implied no members existed at all.
  • Online Checkout: Fixed an issue where a stock item add-on incorrectly enforced a minimum quantity requirement on mobile checkout.
  • Party Packages
    • Fixed an issue where party package bookings could not be edited after release.
    • Fixed an issue where meal selection showed "No selection" after increasing and then decreasing a package quantity back to the original value.
  • Reports: Fixed an issue where incorrect deferred revenue was left on past bookings in revenue reporting. 
  • Tickets
    • Expanded the session pass variation name limit to 256 characters to allow longer ticket names.
    • Fixed an issue where multi-pass products could incorrectly be added to legacy checkout.
  • Venue Manager
    • Fixed an issue where the Venue Manager left navigation greyed out and became unresponsive after completing an action from the booking overflow menu.
    • Fixed an issue where accessing the Roadmap showed a blank page.

Guest Experience

  • Integrations 
    • Existing FreshKDS users will be migrated over to V2 integration allowing for manual printing of pre-booked orders.
    • Added support for the Headout OTA integration via OCTO.
  • Memberships 
    • Introduced QR code delivery of Booking Agreements at POS.
    • Capture a cancellation reason when members cancel via Online Accounts or Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where a membership discount configured via a product tag applied $0 instead of the configured amount.
  • Reports: Added membership cancellations report and cancellation rescue report to shows who cancelled a recurring membership, when, and why.
  • Stock: Margin and profit now calculated on net revneue on Stock sales report and Stock page for tax inclusive venues
  • Mobile F&B Ordering: Fixed an issue where QR code ordering dockets intermittently stopped printing while POS sat on the PIN lock screen, by introducing a new locked printing mode.
  • Online Accounts 
    • Guests can now view venue policies and product terms & conditions in Online Accounts.
    • Guests can now view previous bookings in Online Accounts.
    • Guests can now view waivers and membership agreements in Online Accounts.
  • Party Packages: Fixed an issue where the "Add resource" button was missing from the party package program screen for venues using the Conqueror integration.
  • POS
    • You can now require void reason codes to be selected when removing items from a booking on POS, Tracked alongside wastage in the new stock movement report.
    • Improved the visual display of the POS Capacity View.
    • You can now view multi-booking resources in the POS Capacity View.
    • Fixed an issue where multi-pass product expiration dates displayed in a non-localized date format on POS.
    • Fixed an issue where staff POS PINs were intermittently flagged as invalid after a timeout or logout.
  • Progressive Checkout
    • Fixed an issue where progressive checkout calculated an incorrect price for consecutive sessions products.
    • Fixed an issue where standard pass availability displayed incorrectly.
  • Tickets: Fixed an issue where removing and re-adding a ticket with a consecutive session duration resulted in an incorrect price.
  • Waivers: Fixed an issue where waiver submissions allowed a date of birth to be entered as a future date.
