Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Online Accounts
    • Party booking confirmation emails now include a "Manage Booking" button for easier access and updates.
    • Improved capacity messaging for single-booking resources to reduce confusion around availability.
    • Corrected visual issues when editing bookings with products that include deposits.
    • Restored functionality for date-based URLs in online checkout for venues using date-led checkout configurations.
    • Fixed a bug where the "Redeem Now" button could disappear when applying multiple discounts to an even number of tickets.
  • Fiskaly
    • Updated till closure reports to align with German compliance standards, including Z-Bon enhancements.
    • Receipts now display the TSE-Serienummer when required for German fiscal compliance.
  • Cloud Printing: Added compatibility with the TM-U220iiB printer model to support a wider range of POS hardware.
  • POS: Notes added to existing bookings in POS now save reliably.
  • FreshKDS: Resolved an issue where newly added identical items to a tab were not showing on the KDS screen.

Serve

  • Waiver app: A fix to apply the correct translation on the email printout of a Multilingual waiver when using the Malay/English settings.

Market

  • Discounts
    • Enhanced the results when searching for codes within a discount campaign. It will now search for all valid codes associated with a campaign.
    • The alert will notify staff members when attempting to redeem a discount beyond the set limits.
  • Email templates: A fix to ensure that custom colour schemes will be correctly applied to email templates.
  • Memberships
    • Enhancement to make it faster to check-in season pass holders who have pre-booked - and reduce the need for physical identification or printed season passes for our customers.
    • Resolved an issue to ensure the correct expiry date displays for tickets added to Google Wallet.
    • Updated the Membership Details email to replace the default ticket ID and display the custom ticket ID assigned to the membership.

Manage

  • Schedules
    • Operating Hours now support post midnight sessions.
    • Corrected visual glitch where selecting a closed day in temporary hours incorrectly showed all same weekdays as closed.
  • Daily capacity: Fixed display issues with notes in consecutive block capacities on the Daily Capacity page.
  • HQ: Restored the price field in the bulk edit flow for stock products at HQ.
  • Invoices: Resolved an issue where invoices were generated but not visible within the Booking details in Venue Manager.
  • Packages: Resolved Venue Manager preventing multiple variations of a package product from being added to a single booking.
  • Party Packages: Fixed an issue allowing multiple group rates to be added in Party Package scenarios; now correctly limited to one group rate per booking.
  • Payments
    • Fixed rounding error in POS that caused a one-cent balance due on bookings when using 3-decimal tax rates.
    • Fixed issue where gift card payments in Venue Manager only applied the deposit amount, even when total due was selected.
  • Resources: Addressed an issue where partially blocked single-product resources were allowing ineligible double bookings.
  • Staff roles: Staff users assigned the "Dashboard" role can now access the Dashboard in Venue Manager as expected.

Integrations

  • API and Webhooks
    • Added the ability to backfill historical data over multiple days by exporting via a new 'bulk export' webhook.
    • Added the ability to manage discounts and discount codes via the RestAPI.
    • Guest records can now be updated via API, enabling external management of guest details such as guest flags.
    • Public API consumers can now be notified via webhook when a guest record is deleted in their platform.
