Venue Operations

  • API: The bookings API now links each ticket to the package it was bought in, so partners can group a guest's tickets.
  • Bookings
    • Fixed an issue where bookings created from a company profile didn't appear in that company's Bookings tab.
    • Fixed an issue where editing a company booking on POS logged a "Company contact updated" activity and could change the primary contact.
    • Fixed an issue where the booking balance didn't update after an invoice was marked as paid until the page was refreshed.
    • Fixed an issue where staff could add past-dated items to bookings even when historical modifications were disabled.
    • Fixed an issue where files attached to form responses couldn't be downloaded from a booking's Documents tab.
  • Discounts
    • Fixed an issue where the Redemption Instructions section was hidden for discounts using "Upload codes".
    • Fixed an issue where changes to some discount settings, such as visit dates, weren't saving.
  • Emails: Fixed an issue where inquiry notification emails weren't sent when the inquiry email matched a venue contact's email.
  • Gift Cards: Saving a gift card item with an invalid email address now shows a validation message instead of an error.
  • HQ 
    • Fixed an issue where images on new stock variations published from HQ weren't showing on controlled venue POS templates.
    • Fixed an issue where HQ tags could be selected on products in controlled venues but weren't saved. The option no longer appears.
    • Fixed an issue where the "Show Guest Count Selector" setting wasn't syncing from HQ checkouts to controlled venue checkouts.
    • Fixed an issue where the Tags tab in Select venues didn't show venue tags when publishing product changes from HQ.
    • Fixed an issue where the publish confirmation for a new HQ collection showed a date one day earlier than the one selected.
  • Memberships 
    • Fixed an issue where the "Add to Apple Wallet" button was missing from confirmation emails for group memberships.
    • POS now shows the cancellation date as the expiry date for cancelled and pending-cancellation memberships.
  • Party Packages
    • Fixed an issue where some valid party package variation prices couldn't be saved and showed "Please fix errors before proceeding".
    • Fixed an issue where auto-calculated group tickets in a package set inclusion quantities by guest count instead of package count.
  • Reports 
    • Fixed an issue where PayPal transactions were missing from the Detailed Transactions and RP Transactions reports when filtering by payment method.
    • Fixed an issue where the run sheet showed inconsistent booking data when switching between dates.
    • Fixed an issue where booking holder phone numbers weren't showing in the Mobile column of the Booking Report.
  • Schedules: Fixed an issue where product schedules created sessions that ran past the "Last session ends at" time.
  • Stock: Fixed an issue where some HQ stock items couldn't be added to bookings or saved without an error.
  • Venue Manager
    • Fixed an issue where products couldn't be saved when reporting categories were set at variation level and selection was enforced.
    • Fixed an issue where a company profile didn't show the primary contact's updated email address.
    • Fixed an issue where the All guests list only loaded 50 guests per page when 100 or 200 was selected.
    • Fixed an issue where phone numbers for existing staff accounts weren't saving.
    • Fixed an issue where the guest activity stream showed "from" and "to" values the wrong way round when guest details changed.
    • Fixed an issue where the "export ready" notification for All guests and Waiver holders exports only appeared after a refresh.

Guest Experience

  • Bookings: You can now schedule F&B items on a booking to be sent to the kitchen automatically at set times.
  • Channel management: Resellers can now view, manage and export their bookings in the reseller portal.
  • Reports: 
    • Added reseller reporting to help venues track and reconcile reseller bookings.
    • Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions now appear under their own payment method names in reports instead of "Other".
  • POS
    • POS Capacity View now has "Overflow lanes" which can be used as extra resources if you are dragging bookings but all resources are full.
    • A new booking waitlist can be used in POS. Add guests to the waitlist and customize SMS message templates to communicate with guests as they progress through the waitlist.
  • Memberships: Removed group members now stay visible in Venue Manager with a “Terminated” status, so you can see a group’s membership history.
  • Online Checkout 
    • Online Accounts now checks for existing guest records when a guest creates an account, to prevent duplicates.
    • Guests can now pay with WeChat Pay in the overlay checkout.
    • Alipay now opens the in-app payment flow for guests on mobile and shows a QR code on desktop.
    • Fixed an issue where guests couldn't complete checkout when entering a Portuguese postal code with a dash, such as 1234-567.
    • Fixed an issue where GA4 page views weren't recorded consistently as guests moved through progressive checkout.
    • Improved keyboard accessibility in the overlay checkout.
    • Fixed an issue where GA4 recorded a page name instead of the page URL for some progressive checkout pages.
    • Fixed an issue where GA4 recorded an extra page view on the checkout step before payment.
    • Added the required-field asterisk next to the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  • Loyalty
    • Loyalty rules can now limit how many times a guest can earn a reward.
    • Loyalty milestone rules can now cap progress per day, so multiple same-day purchases don't complete a visit milestone.
    • Spend and product milestone rules can now have a time period, such as "Spend $200 within 90 days".
