Platform updates, fixes and enhancements - ROLLER

The following updates, enhancements and fixes have been deployed:

Reporting

Booking report - resolved an issue where Excel exports were missing some data
Chargeback rate - fixed an issue with the calculation for chargeback rates on Payments Dashboard
Daily capacity - fixed a calculation issue with redemptions
Groupon - made an update to rename "Vouchers Redeemed" to "External Payments"
HQ - resolved a challenge with different time zones across managed venues
Reporting categories - solved a challenge preventing certain items from being assigned to a category
ROLLER Payment Transactions - fixed an intermittent issue preventing exporting via Excel
ROLLER Payments Payout export - enhancement to support custom reporting times
Stock - resolved a challenge with revenue recognition for booking which only contain stock items
Xero export - fixed a problem where gift card refund calculations were being double counted

Apple Pay - resolved problem intermittently preventing Apple Pay transactions
Autofill - update to support card detail autofill for Chrome browsers
First Data - resolved a challenge preventing Venue Manager refunds via First Data
Opayo - enhancement to enable guests using IPv6 to use 3DS2
Payment links - enhancement to email template to include all currencies
Payment links - improved currency format display in Venue Manager
Payment links - updated messages when a link is paid via SMS
Payment reference - fixed a problem with the reference for some payments
Refunds - enhancement to refund error messages
Worldpay - improvement to transaction processing times for customers using Ingenico Lane 3000 Cloud

Consecutive sessions - fixed a problem with consecutive session prices sold at POS
Device settings - made an update to prevent device settings from being update accidentally
Gift cards - fixed an issue with gift card balances
Open Products - enhancement to onscreen number pad when selling open products
Tabs - enhancement when searching for a tab name in POS
Tabs - enhancement to group items in tabs by product name
Tabs - enhancement to show recently added items
Tabs - update to show newly created tabs immediately in POS

Balances - resolved an issue with outstanding balances when a booking is updated
Email address - enhancement to the display for long guest email addresses
Items - improvement to how booking items are displayed in the booking
Postcode - enhancement to postcode field for bookings created via online checkout
Tax override - fixed a problem with tax amount preview when overriding booking tax

Discount email - added support for discount code emails when ticket ID is used as the code
Discount summary - resolved a problem where discount summary was not displaying
Gift cards - resolved a challenge where discounted gift card revenue was recognized on the wrong date
Memberships - update to hide membership discounts from discounts view
Usage limits - fixed an issue where usage limits were ignored

Availability - fixed various issues with availability & purchase limits
Cart - corrected text misalignment with tax in the cart
Forms - resolved an issue blocking country selection in custom forms
Gift Cards - fixed a problem when selling gift cards with only one delivery type
Guest Names - enhancement to enable you to capture the name of each ticket holder for online purchases

Mobile - enhancement to UI when signing a waiver via a mobile device
Waiver kiosk - fixed a challenge when date of birth is entered incorrectly
Waiver kiosk - update to email validation messages in waiver kiosk
Waiver URL - fixed a challenge with the waiver link included in confirmation emails

Booking holder - update to prevent memberships from being purchased without a booking holder
Complimentary - enhancement to prevent complimentary memberships from being sold at POS
Emails - resolved an issue where multiple emails were sent for new membership purchases

Availability - fixed a problem with availability for packages in online checkout and POS
Creating new packages - enhancement to UI when creating new packages

API prices - update to support overriding product prices via API
Categories - resolved a UI challenge with long product lists when assigning product categories
Companies - enhancements to button text when creating a new company records
Date import - solved a challenge with ticket holder names when importing bookings
Forms - fixed a problem when uploading files via custom forms
Gender - enhancement to add gender options "Prefer not to say" & "Other" as well as "Male" & "Female"
Invoice email - resolved an issue with the invoice email preview in VM
Playground - enhancement to products configurations when updating playground
Print till reconciliation - fixed a problem with the print till reconciliation button in VM
Redeam - update to allow users to choose which products sync with Redeam
Resources - resolved an issue where resources couldn't be updated when editing products
Runsheet - resolved a challenge where product categories caused issues with the runsheet
Saved views - fixed a problem with special characters preventing users from updating saved views
Scroll bar - enhancement to VM scroll bar when using a small screen size
Shortcuts - update to shortcut usage when edits are pending
SSK - enhancement to finding bookings when one guest has multiple bookings on the same day
Tipping - update to allow saving when predefined tip percentages are updated in Venue Manager
