Platform updates, fixes and enhancements

Sell

  • Addons - Fixed an issue for some venues where addons were not displaying properly in Venue Manager when making a booking.
  • Legacy checkouts - Resolved an issue where Worldpay or Valuetec cards were sometimes not accepted.
  • Legacy & Progressive checkouts - Corrected an error where some standard passes were not showing as available in the checkout, depending on sales cut-off time configuration.
  • Progressive checkouts -  
    • Guests can now apply multiple membership discounts in one checkout.
    • Venues can now configure session passes not to show the duration and end times of sessions.
    • Enhanced the experience for guests purchasing consecutive sessions in one booking.
    • Additional optimizations to calendar availability within date-let checkouts.
    • Rectified an issue that caused tax to be miscalculated for some venues when multiple memberships were purchased in one transaction.
    • Resolved a problem where gift cards were not able to be redeemed for some guests.

Serve

  • Emails 
    • PDF files can now be added as attachments to Product emails.
    • Fixed some issues impacting the booking confirmation email when the "Get directions" button was removed.
  • POS - POS devices can now have names beginning with special characters (e.g. #, &, or +)
  • Self-Serve Kiosk - Guests are no longer required to complete waivers when waivers are disabled from the kiosk.
  • Waiver Kiosk
    • Amended a fault that made the waiver kiosk stop working if left open for a significantly long time.
    • Made an optimization to increase performance when a guest entered a phone number into the waiver kiosk.
    • The waiver kiosk now accepts emails with capital letters.
    • Fixed an issue that incorrectly notified some venues that they were not licensed to use the Waiver Kiosk.
  • Waivers
    • Custom forms can correctly be removed from waivers.
    • Custom forms can correctly be added to waivers.
    • Resolved an issue that prevented some completed waivers from being emailed to guests, when the waiver email was manually triggered from Venue Manager.

Manage

  • Confirmation Emails -  Enhanced the confirmation email functionality to be able to accommodate confirmation tickets with Master tickets for large-volume bookings.
  • Copy update -  Replaced the word 'locations' with 'resources' in emails and knowledge base articles to avoid confusion.
  • Daily Capacity View - Resolved an issue where changes to a schedule resulted in bookings not accurately displaying in the daily capacity view.
  • Party packages
    • Enhanced the product set-up to allow venues to add a reporting category for a party package.
    • Fixed a challenge where bookings were booked during buffer periods which could result in overbookings for some venues.
  • HQ Reporting - Settled an inconsistency where reports for daily venues revenue handled daylight savings times incorrectly.
  • Venue Manager -  Corrected a display error where some form fields were not displaying saved information despite saving correctly in Venue Manager.

Market

  • Gift cards - Fixed an issue that sent duplicate receipt emails to guests when they shared a gift card.
  • GX Score
    • Overcame a challenge that prevented the preview button from working at times.
    • The download QR code button within the settings area of GX Score is now downloading again.
    • Resolved an issue that prevented some daily snapshot and response notification emails from being sent to staff.
  • Email templates - File attachments were not able to be added to email templates, this has been resolved
