Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Cloud Printing
    • Resolved an issue preventing some print stations from loading into the POS device.
  • Memberships
    • Membership payment reminder communications for US-based guests are now only sent during business hours.
  • Mobile F&B Ordering
    • Enhanced the way stock items appear in POS for Mobile F&B Orders, particularly when modifiers were present.
  • Online Accounts
    • Resolved multiple issues that prevented guests from being able to login to their online account via mobile authentication.
    • Fixed a bug that prevented the "Update booking" button from appearing in booking notification emails to guests.
    • Enhanced the booking management functionliaty to enable more guests to update their bookings online. This means more scenarios are covered where booking updates could be applied by guests.
    • Resolved a bug that prevented the verification code email being sent to guests when registering a new online account.
    • Resolved a blocker that prevented some guests from being able to update the payment details for recurring memberships.
  • Online Checkout
    • Released more availability enhancements to provide accurate ticket availability times in the online checkout.
    • Packages can now be added as an addon/upsell item in the progressive checkout.
    • Party package variation options are now required to be entered by guests.
  • POS
    • Enhanced the waiver search functionality to provide more accurate results.
    • Resolved an edge-case tax calculation issue that was impacting an individual booking.
    • Enhanced the ticket refund calcualtions to prevent inaccurate refunds from being provided.
  • Receipts
    • Enhanced the translations for non-english receipts, to better represent the month of transaction date.
    • Resolved an issue that prevented the last 4 digits of the credit card from showing on the tax invoice receipt.
  • Self-service Kiosk
    • Prevented an issue that caused the kiosk to become frozen when the home page button was selected, where the kiosk was configured to a non-english language.
  • Venue Manager
    • Fixed a bug that incorrectly caused a "Payment details not stored" message to appear when trying to charge a remaining balance on a booking

Serve

  • Cashless Cards
    • Fixed issue preventing purchase of Amusement Connect cards in POS due to errors when inputting 10-digit card numbers.
  • POS
    • Fixed issue in POS 2 where tickets could not be scanned without clicking into the search field first, now allows direct scanning of QR codes upon POS startup.
  • Waivers
    • Resolved issue in POS where attaching a parent waiver to a booking now properly includes associated minor waivers without requiring multiple searches.
    • Fixed issue in Waiver 2 where the date of birth dropdown was not displaying for adult or guardian, preventing waiver signing. Now guests can enter date of birth as required.
    • Resolved issue where ‘Can use waiver after checkout’ option incorrectly displayed a waiver button on venues not using waivers, now correctly hides the button when waivers are disabled.
    • Fixed issue where the ‘Copy unique waiver link’ button was missing from the Documents tab of bookings in Venue Manager, now correctly displays for easy access.
    • Corrected grammar error on Waiver kiosk ‘Looks good’ button, now displays as ‘Looks good’ without apostrophe.
    • Resolved issue where the new change booking holder page on POS could not search by membership ID, now allows for successful search and retrieval.
    • Fixed SSK text color setting for inversion.
    • Resolved UI issue in SSK where two buttons were incorrectly selected simultaneously when adding minors for existing guests.
    • Resolved issue where online waiver default language appeared empty despite multiple languages being available.
    • Adds the 'Send Waiver Request' feature to the booking confirmation screen, making it more accessible for venue staff to efficiently send booking-specific waiver.
  • Wristbands
    • Resolved issue where changes to Product Specific Wristband schedules were not saving in Venue Manager, now updates correctly upon saving.
    • Fixed issue where Product specific Wristbands could be created without adding a Product.
    • Fixed issue where wristbands couldn’t be created in VM due to greyed out ‘Apply’ button on REL.

Market

  • Discounts
    • Fixed issue on POS2 where custom percentage discounts were not applying correctly, now correctly applies custom percentage discounts on bookings.
    • Resolved issue where emails distributing ‘Issue Discount On Purchase’ discount codes included an outdated website link leading to a 404 error.
  • Segments
    • Resolved issue where Campaign Monitor was not correctly importing VM Segments with Marketing Opt-in criteria.
    • Updated segments UI to enforce selection of a valid value for ‘Flags and bans’, ensuring proper validation on save.

Manage

  • API
    • Added tags to the response for Get product details API.
  • Bookings
    • Fixed an issue where a session pass with no session time would book capacity for the whole day.
    • Resolved an issue where changing a booking date caused tickets with consecutive sessions to revert to single session durations.
  • Capacity
    • Fixed an issue where daily capacity view would show overlapping bookings for small session times.
    • Resolved an issue where the single product resource was being overbooked.
  • Stock
    • Imported stock items now appear on dockets and display on KDS.
