  • If price rules are configured against a product, the online checkout can display a prompt, directing guests to purchase cheaper tickets at your preferred day or times.
  • Fixed an issue causing the subtract ticket button to instead add tickets to the cart.
  • Fixed an issue which made the available tickets count be incorrect for package products.
  • Availability colors on the checkout calendar view are now supported on more mobile devices.
  • Fixed an issue which prevented standard passes from appearing in the online checkout if the "Pass is valid from date of redemption up to selected number of days" option was checked.
• POS
  • When closing a till session, the POS will notify you if there are outstanding transactions or open tabs. A new user permission "Can reconcile till without completing outstanding items" exists to prevent staff from being able to close the till session unless the tasks are resolved.
  • POS now supports "blind" till-session closure - preventing users from being able to determine the cash amounts in the till. This can be enabled via user permission: "Can see expected totals when closing a till session".
  • Resolved an issue which caused the POS to display incorrect pricing for some products.
  • Fixed an issue which prevented till sessions from being started unless the user had POS admin permission.
  • POS tills sort orders no longer reset after adding a new product to the template.
• Stock
  
  • Modifiers can be re-arranged into a specific order and the order will display in POS, Mobile F&B checkouts, and on Dockets.
  • Modifiers can be added to stock products when editing or creating a stock product.

Serve

• Discounts: Fixed an issue when setting a value of "0" in the "Buy [x], Get [X]" setting.
• Invoicing: Fixed an issue where incorrect language could display, in place of the selected language.
• Memberships: Fixed an issue where redeeming a membership would fail to load a saved guest picture.
• Waivers: Fixed an issue where if a waiver was signed then later attached to a booking, it would sometimes not display in the 'forms' area of the platform.

Market

• Invoice: Fixed an issue where the Booking Date would now flow through to the expected field in some cases.
• Online checkout: Fixed an issue where if a Guest navigated back and forth in the checkout after applying a discount valid for a single guest, then changed the guest, the total would not update correctly.
• Discounts
  • Fixed an issue where, when searching for a discount, it would return results that were not related to the search.
  • Fixed an issue where, when applying a second discount to a booking, if it didn't change the cost, it cancelled the first discount. Now the original discount amount will hold even if subsequent discounts are rejected.

Manage

• Packages: Fixed an issue where “not for sale” products appeared in option sets selections for Venue Manager.
• Party Packages: Fixed an issue where inclusions could disappear when changing the selected date in CX3.
• Reports
  • Fixed an issue that caused delays in new products appearing in reports.
  • Improved rounding logic in revenue recognition exports to better align numbers across CSV and Excel formats.
• Price rules
  • Time-based and early-bird price rules are now supported with group tickets.
  • Fixed an issue where an incorrect price was shown for products with a custom schedule.
• Resources
  • Added buffer time support for multi-booking resources, allowing buffer periods when resources are blocked out for events.
  • Enhanced “Multiple Bookings – Single Product” to allow bookings across multiple products when multiple resources are configured.

Groups

• API: Added two new columns to the BulkAPI for Gift Card Payable and Gift Card Receivable.
• HQ: Fixed issue where till float wasn’t being saved in controlled venue templates during HQ POS template creation or updates.

Integrations

• Fiscal Compliance: Added support for Verifactu and TicketBAI fiscal compliance for customers processing transactions in Spain.
• Access Control Integrations: Fixed an issue to prevent redemption of tickets at gates they are not configured for.
