Guest Experience

  • Emails 
    • Resolved an issue causing booking confirmation emails to display incorrect totals for packages.
    • Resolved some issues with the formatting of invoice/receipt PDFs.
  • Discounts: Resolved an issue which prevented changes to a Discount offer from being saved.
  • Gift cards: Created a new configuration to set if delivery is offered or not for digitally purchased gift-cards.
  • Invoices: Enhanced the Invoice PDF display to reduce unwanted extra white-space.
  • Memberships 
    • Added the ability to customise the discount email template for codes issued on product purchase.
    • Resolved an issue which prevented memberships being purchased for some edge-case scenarios.
    • Missing photos can now be added to a membership in POS.
  • Online Checkout
    • Enhanced the online checkout Checkout button to improve online guest experience.
    • Fixed an issue which caused party package option selections to be overwritten.
    • Enhanced the platform to support two instances of the same party package variation on the same booking when both packages contain inclusions with selectable options.
    • Fixed an issue where memberships state "Valid from today" despite being valid from a future date.
  • Receipts
    • German receipts printed from POS now display Session Start/End times.
    • POS Items notes now correctly appear on printed receipt tax invoices.
    • Resolved some issues with the formatting of invoice/receipt PDFs.
  • Refunds: Resolved an issue which enabled processing refunds for an amount higher than the Booking Total in POS.
  • Stock: Stock variations can now be archived in Venue Manager.

Venue Operations

  • Memberships: Fixed discount rules not appearing at the venue level for new membership variations.
  • Reports: Sales tax reports now include the total sales column.
  • Bookings
    • Venue Manager now correctly adds option set quantities when creating bookings.
    • Fixed variations linked to single-booking resources appearing available when already booked.
    • Resolved an issue where $0 products displayed as NaN during booking creation in Venue Manager.
    • Outstanding invoices in Venue Manager now correctly reference the invoice ID in activity history.
  • Channel management: Introduced a new Trip.com integration to help manage Trip.com bookings and improve visibility across channels.
  • Party Packages
    • Party package bookings now correctly display stock item names and quantities.
    • Fixed an issue where “multiple resources per booking” was auto-enabled and couldn’t be saved when editing programs.
  • Price rules
    • Added an option to restrict standard pass tickets to only be valid on the booking date.
    • Fixed incorrect price breakdowns when adding early-bird or time-based price rules in POS.
    • Resolved an issue where modifying bookings with early bird price rules caused incorrect balances.
    • Corrected price rule dates displaying incorrectly in calendars for some venues.
  • ROLLER API
    • Added operatorName to get POS till reconciliations.
    • Added a list of booking payments to get booking detail and as an available inclusion for booking webhooks.
