• Bookings: Package bookings that include stock items in multiple quantities now display a total quantity in the order tab.
• Memberships: Fixed a visual issue that displayed expired memberships as current.
• Online Accounts: You can now provide helpful instructions for guests to read when editing their bookings via online accounts.
• Online Checkout
  • When add-ons are suggested to guests, the selected session time will now account for clashing products already in the cart.
  • Fixed a display issue that caused party packages to incorrectly show prices for each inclusion.
  • Session capacity for package products with multiple assigned resources now reflects the lowest-capacity resource.
  • Guests can no longer bypass compulsory ticket requirements by manually entering a quantity value instead of using the UI buttons.
  • Enhanced the auto-scrolling in the checkout based on the interactions of the user, driving more checkout conversion.
  • Resolved a display issue that caused the cart summary to show only the deposit instead of the full total.
• Online Invoices: Tax and fee breakdowns are now displayed more clearly to users.
• POS
  • Stock modifiers can now be properly removed during the purchase flow.
  • Resolved an issue that caused packages that have inclusion with a quantity of more than 1, to show incorrect price once added to the cart.
  • Enhanced the notes functionality in POS to allow greater customisation of notes against stock items.
• Production Management
  • Resolved an issue that caused HQ Stock products to be sent to FreshKDS, despite not being allocated to the KDS device.
  • Fixed an issue where stock items being added to an existing tab, were sent to FreshKDS with an incorrect timestamp.
• Stock Products: Venues on Lite and Pro plans can now properly configure modifier options for stock products.

Serve

• POS: When attempting to bulk-redeem tickets via the "Manage Redemptions" option in Venue Manager, the pop-up will now correctly display as expected.
• Waivers: Resolved an issue for venues that are using 'Include Minors by Default' setting, where minors were not automatically selected for waivers.

Market

• Booking Reminders: You can now adjust the position of the “Custom Panel” in booking reminder emails.
• Discounts
  • It is now possible to apply a flat price discount to products. This means less time is needed to manage discounts to achieve a certain price.
  • It is now possible to inject a discount code to any overlay scripts for checkout that are running. Note: this will require adjustments to the website script to inject the applicable discount code.
• Forms: Resolved an issue that caused custom-form fields to incorrectly flow through to Confirmation Emails.
• GX Score: Cleaned up the footer in the GX Score Survey emails to remove superfluous text.
• Invoices: Invoices can now be customised to include a new custom text field where additional instructions or notes can be added to the base invoice template.
• Reporting: Only discount codes that are successfully applied to a booking appear in reporting.
• Waivers: Waivers now expire for minors when they reach 18 years of age, as they now need to have their own waiver.

Manage

• Bookings: Fixed an issue where form submissions wouldn't show up in bookings.
• Invoice: Service fee is now listed in the invoice email.
• Party Packages
  • Resolved an issue where Party package was showing the lowest price across all variations even when the variation wasn't available on  a day.
  • Fixed an issue with incorrect times in Party summary.
  • Resolved an issue with Party package redemptions showing as 0/0.
• Price rules: Resolved an issue where a product with a quantity-based price rule wasn't reverting to the original ticket's price when tickets were reduced in a booking.
• Role permissions
  • Added a 'Can export booking data' permission to restrict export of booking data.
  • Added a separate 'Can manage categories' permission to decouple access from product pages.
  • Added 'Can view discounts' permissions for view-only permissions to discount pages.
  • Fixed an issue with ‘Can edit schedules’ permission not being enforced for some roles.
  • Fixed an issue with HQ not being able to save custom roles after edits.
• Trial Balance: Trial balance now correctly updates for manual deductions to Gift Cards balances.
• HQ
  • Cashless cards products can now be created in the HQ.
  • Fixed an issue that was ignoring the "sell" configuration on HQ product variations.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented HQ variation price rules to flow through to HQ managed venue.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented HQ managed venues from utilizing the product schedules configured in HQ when the product was bulk-edited or created from HQ.
  • It is not possible to bulk-edit stock items, including details such as Description, Terms and Conditions, as well as Instructions.
