- Cloud Printing
- Cloud printing has been enhanced to efficiently route print jobs, reducing the time taken to print.
- An Activity Centre notification will appear if cloud printing is unable to route to a printer - requiring the reconfiguration of printers.
- You can now configure which stock product purchases are sent to cloud printers / KDS devices based on the sales channel they were purchased. e.g. If you want soft-drink purchases to only print when purchased via Mobile F&B Ordering, and not when purchased at POS.
- Gift Cards
- Resolved a visual issue that prevented the gift card expiry date from showing when looking at a booking in Venue Manager.
- Sales channels now correctly prevent custom discounts from being applicable to gift card purchases. An alternative gift card value should be used in these situations instead.
- Resolved a display problem that caused gift cards to appear as expired in Venue Manager.
- Fixed an issue where gift cards with short-lengthed codes would cause glitches in POS.
- Online Accounts
- Enhanced various areas of the platform that were stopping Online Accounts verification emails to be sent to guests, preventing them from creating online accounts.
- Resolved an error that prevented guests from rescheduling their sessions if addon product types were included in the booking.
- Fixed an edge-case display issue where a booking modification for a company booking was not reflected in Venue Manager.
- Overcame a challenge that prevented guests from rescheduling session passes if a ticket had a $0 cost.
- Resolved various edge-cases that prevented guests from modifying their booking.
- Bookings with package products can now be modified by guests via Online Accounts.
- Fixed an issue that caused country codes to show incorrectly when a guest had created an online account, making the guests contact number to be unreachable.
- POS
- Resolved an issue that caused the availability quantity to dissapear from POS tiles.
- Fixed an issue for POS Compact view, where tiles could overlap.
- Resolved a problem where stock items that had no modifiers were missing the notes field.
- Overcame a challenge that caused search to not filter stock variations correctly.
- Packages correctly show each ticket as a separate line, instead of being grouped by product.
- Staff roles that don't have "Can cash in/out POS tills" enabled are no longer prompted to enter manager pin when clicking Open till button.
- Cash refunds can no longer be issues for amounts higher than the booking total.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the 'Email Receipt' and 'Reprint receipt(s)' buttons from appearing.
- Fixed a display issue that caused the till variance to highlight in yellow when there was no variance.
- You can now automatically populate POS menus using tags that are assigned to products. This means the product selection can be kept in sync across all your sales channels centrally within the product.
- Progressive Checkout
- Fixed an edge-case issue for french-configured venues, that caused checkout dates to show in French, despite the checkout language being English.
- Resolved various fringe bugs that caused guests to be able to book whilst no capacity was available.
- When purchasing gift cards, the address field now correctly populates post-code when an address is auto-filled.
- Fixed a glitch that sometimes required a guest to click the session time twice before it was actually selected.
- Resolved a scenario where a discount was included and removed from the cart, which caused the total amount to appear as incorrectly calculated.
- Fixed an issue that prevented changes to the checkout from being saved.
- The checkout has been enhanced to better represent when capacity is "Filling up fast" to drive checkout purchase behavior.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the "Call to book" message for displaying when party packages were selected on a product-led checkout.
- Enhanced the calculation of add-ons product types, to better reflect available capacity and available booking dates.
- Enhanced the checkout to significantly improve loading speeds when using custom domains.
- Enhanced the checkout to improve accessibility for screen readers and visual impairments - in line with WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA standards.
- Updated the cart summary so that it is more clear how much amount is remaining for payment after a deposit is made.
- Wallet Product
- Resolved a scenario that caused wallets to expire despite being configured not to expire.
- Fixed an issue that caused bookings with multiple wallets included to have the wallet balances bound together.
- Digital Wallets: Solved a blocker that prevented Apple Wallets from being added to iPhone devices.
- Legacy Checkout: Legacy Checkout no longer shows sessions as "Sold out" when part of the product session times were blocked out.
- Product Availability: Resolved an edge-case issue that caused package products to be available for purchase when there was no capacity.
Serve
- Discounts: Fixed issue where purchase discounts from HQ venues were not sending the email with the discount code upon booking.
- Google Analytics: Resolved a Google Analytics conversion tracking issue, ensuring accurate reporting of purchases by moving the onPurchase event to trigger immediately after payment completion.
- Mobile Check-in
- Resolved issue preventing booking synchronization on Mobile Check-in (MCI) which was causing 504 errors.
- Improved scanning speed for tickets with the “Auto-open” feature enabled in MCI, addressing performance delays reported by users.
- POS: Enabled customers to redeem multiple memberships in a single transaction at POS to streamline the checkout process and enhance guest experience.
Reports: Added a filter for Cashless Card products in Reportx, allowing users to easily locate these items in the reports. - Waivers
- Fixed issue where waivers signed with email addresses containing an underscore (”_”) were not returned in POS or the guest waiver page in Venue Manager.
- Fixed issue where waivers were detached during the booking flow on POS when the “Create separate items for Packages” meta was enabled for bookings containing multiple packages.
- Implemented validation in the form builder to prevent duplicate data bindings, ensuring that form designs do not contain repeated bindings.
Market
- Discounts: Fixed issue where discount codes could not be reused after being applied to a canceled booking.
- Membership: Fixed issue where the Membership cancellation pending email template was not populating the membership cancellation date.
Manage
- Bookings
- Fixed an issue with midnight sessions showing up as undefined in Progressive Checkout.
- Addressed a bug that resulted in modification of booking date in Venue Manager tickets with consecutive sessions reverting back to single session duration.
- Activity Center:You'll now receive automatic alerts in the activity center when a banned guest books online using the same email or phone number stored in ROLLER.
- API: Guest gender field added to Create Booking & Get Customer Detail endpoints.
- Daily Capacity: Fixed an issue with Daily capacity view multiplying the bookings spanning across multiple days.
- HQ schedules: Fixed an issue with venue-managed schedules being locked when changed from HQ-managed schedules.
