Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Online accounts: We addressed an issue that caused guest phone numbers to appear incomplete after a guest created an online account.
  • Legacy printing: Resolved an issue that prevented dockets from automatically printing when a tip was paid on the card terminal.
  • Online checkout
    • Resolved an issue where product description text was being cropped when viewed on mobile devices.
    • Fixed an issue causing session capacities to display incorrectly based on the availability of items within the package.
    • We’ve updated the party package booking process so that guests must select their add-ons before proceeding.
    • Symbols can no longer be entered into the guest phone number field.
    • Fixed a problem that caused package products to display incorrect availability when “today” was excluded in the product schedule.
    • Resolved a graphical issue that caused tax to appear incorrectly during the checkout flow.
    • When the home page does not have a widget configured, we now automatically redirect any checkout visitors to the products list page.
  • POS Folders: Removed the unnecessary confirmation request when navigating away from the POS Folders page. Now, if no actions require a prompt, you can move freely without being interrupted.
  • POS Tabs: Resolved a problem where the last modifier option was always added to a tab whenever a stock item was added.

Serve

  • Guest Check-in
    • A manager PIN is now required to check in banned guests when assigning waivers.
    • The over age minor banner is supported by POS.
    • Relocate “Reschedule Session Time” Button in POS to Improve accessibility for POS Operators.
    • Relocate “Send Waiver Request” Button in POS to improve accessibility for POS Operators.
  • Guest List: The time display format, for the Guest List feature, now aligns with the venue’s locale settings.
  • Mobile check-in: Add-ons and Stock are now supported in the check-in restrictions configuration in Venue Manager.
  • Online Checkout
    • The post-purchase waiver signing guide can be switched off in checkout settings.
    • Removed the redundant marketing opt-in checkbox from Progressive Checkout when a guest is prompted to sign a waiver.
  • Wristbands: Wristband configuration is now updating in Playground environments.

Market

  • Discounts
    • Buy & Get fixed amount discount code automatically scales as items are added to the cart.
    • Membership discounts prioritize the lowest-value item in bookings.
    • Discounts issued on purchase of party packages are per product.
    • Membership discounts persist in POS when additional items are added to the purchase.
    • Fixed-amount discount calculations are correctly applied to packages.
    • Fix so users can import codes via CSV for existing discounts.
    • New "per membership" discount usage rule allowing for usage limits across the lifetime of a membership.
  • Guest communication
    • When a booking is rescheduled, the booking reminder is sent based on the updated booking date.
    • The Booking Agreement Terms and Conditions email has been added to the Template Studio and now supports editing and translations.
    • Enabled translations for “Additional Information and Resources” content in Template Studio.
  • GX Score: Response export includes customer contact information.
  • Reporting: Improved Guest Data and Waiver Holders export performance.

  • API
    • REST API: Added ability to update expiry dates & custom ticket IDs on Bookings.
    • REST API: Added POS Notes to Get detail of a booking & Bookings webhook.
    • Redemption webhook: Added deviceId.
    • Data API: Added more fields to the Get Bookings.
    • Data API: Added Customer flags to Get Customers.
  • Booking payments: Provided clearer guidance on payment location for some bookings with multiple payments.
  • Bookings
    • Corrected deposit amount calculation for invoices/payment links for bookings.
    • Resolved issue where bookings created in Venue Manager did not assign resources to products.
  • HQ: Resolved issue where resources were not retained for HQ Party Packages.
  • Reports
    • Fixed duplicate entries when selecting a product category with a session pass in Revenue Recognition.
    • Fixed missing quantity records for $0.00 item cost sales in the COGS Report.
  • Schedules: Fixed issue allowing session bookings ending at or after midnight on progressive checkout.
  • Sessions
    • Addressed incorrect pricing for consecutive session bookings created in Venue Manager.
    • Fixed issue where unavailable products appeared in CX3 when 'Display after midnight sessions' was enabled.
