Platform updates, fixes and enhancements
The following updates, enhancements and fixes have been deployed:
Sell
- Add-ons - Fixed an issue where add-on dates were appearing incorrectly in the confirmation email
- Add-ons - Updated wording in Venue Manager to make forced add-on behaviour clearer
- Add-ons - Resolved an issue where add-ons with 0 quantity on hand were still appearing as available in the checkout
- Progressive Checkout - Enabled support for open-value products, such as custom gift cards and wallets
- Progressive Checkout - Enhanced the availability calendar experience to manage infrequent ticket schedules
- Progressive Checkout - Updated wording for the Terms and Conditions checkbox link to be more in line with GDPR requirements
- Legacy Checkout - Updated wording for the Terms and Conditions checkbox link to be more in line with GDPR requirements
- Legacy Checkout - In Venue Manager, we have moved the Integrations to apps menu item to be nested underneath the Legacy Checkout settings section
- Confirmation emails - Attachments are no longer sent with emails, instead a link to the attachment is embedded in the email body to ensure better deliverability
Serve
- Waivers - Fixed an issue where recently signed waivers were not showing in POS correctly
- Waiver Holders - Fixed a display issue that made some expired waivers appear as valid in the Waiver Holders grid
- POS - Resolved a problem that prevented expired waivers from being replaced with new waivers
- Mobile Check-in -Fixed an issue where check-in restrictions could not properly be assigned to Mobile Check-in templates
Market
- Discounts - Resolved an issue that caused discount redemption dates to be saved with a one-day offset
Manage
- Activity stream - Fixed a problem where the reference ID for recurring payment charges wasn't displaying as expected in Venue Manage booking activity streams
- Companies - Resolved an issue when updating the contact number for a company
- Duplicate payments - Fixed a problem affecting a small number of POS payments which resulted in duplicated charges
- Forms - Resolved a challenge with forms linked to products within packages not displaying in Venue Manager bookings
- Forms - Improved security to file uploads in forms by restricting supported file types
- HQ roles - Fixed a challenge preventing users from creating HQ-only roles
- HQ venue tags - Corrected descriptions that were incorrectly showing "Staff groups" instead of "Venue tags"
- Memberships - Added validation to prevent HQ-managed venues from updating payment frequencies for recurring memberships
- Membership payments - Fixed an issue where updating payment details for a membership sometimes didn't trigger a new payment
- New staff - Resolved an issue where staff in "Pending" status could not be deleted
- Permissions - Added new user permission which restricts access to exporting customer identifiable data in bulk
- ROLLER Payment dashboard - Enhancement to the dashboard display for new venues that are yet to process any payments
- ROLLER Payment Payout export - Added a new column "Other Gateway" to assist with reconciliation for venues that process card payments via multiple gateways
- ROLLER Payment reports - Fixed an issue where Second Chargebacks were not shown in ROLLER Payment reports
- Sold out - Fixed a problem in Venue Manager with some products incorrectly displaying as sold out
Reporting
- HQ Reports - Added HQ versions of key reports for HQ Pro users
- HQ Audits - Added audit reports for managed venue product configuration, venue configuration and staff access for HQ Pro users
- Cost of Goods Report - Added a Cost of Goods Report for Stock product sales. Add Cost of Goods within Stock product configuration
- Trial Balance Report - Resolved several uncommon scenarios which may cause the Trial Balance to not balance
