Venue Operations

  • HQ: HQ operators can now switch directly between an HQ product view and the same product at a controlled venue, with significantly faster context switching than before.
  • Loyalty
    • Guests now receive an email notification when a loyalty reward is nearing its expiry date, giving them a timely reminder to redeem before it's gone.
    • You can now run time-limited bonus campaigns on your loyalty program — such as double points weekends or anniversary multipliers — with automatic start and end dates and built-in guest email notifications.
  • Price Rules 
    • HQ operators can now prevent controlled venues from removing or changing HQ-defined price rules on HQ-managed products.
    • Fixed an issue where party package receipts and invoices were showing an incorrect per-person price when a time-based price rule was applied.
  • Tax 
    • Bottle deposit charges are now handled correctly for German venues, including automatic VAT adjustments when deposits are refunded on bottle returns.
    • Fixed an issue where tax was being displayed incorrectly on receipts for partial payments.
  • API 
    • Fixed an issue where webhooks were being disabled earlier than intended after send timeouts.
    • Fixed an issue where updating stock products via the API was silently archiving HQ-linked variations.
  • Bookings
    • Fixed an issue where resources were disappearing when changing a package quantity using keyboard input in Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where refunding individual tickets on a discounted booking was refunding the full item price instead of the discounted amount, causing the booking to go unpaid.
    • Fixed an issue where adding a form to a membership booking in Venue Manager wasn't automatically adding the correct number of form fields for each member in the booking.
    • Fixed an issue where group tickets in packages weren't being auto-calculated correctly when bookings were created in Venue Manager or imported via API.
    • Fixed an issue where the redemption count wasn't updating after a booking with session items was cancelled.
  • Products: 
    • Fixed an issue where HQ POS template images from stock variations and products weren't appearing in controlled venues or on POS devices.
    • Fixed an issue where an incorrect currency symbol was showing on the multi-pass variation details page.
    • Fixed an issue where the Duplicate action was failing on party package products in Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where updating tax overrides in variation settings was causing a delay before changes took effect.
  • POS: Fixed an issue where tile colors were resetting for all tiles when opening 'Select products' and clicking 'Done'.
  • Reporting: Fixed an issue where the ROLLER Payments transactions report wasn't showing refunds as negative values.
  • Session Passes
    • Fixed an issue where enabling the tax override on a single session pass was unintentionally applying it across all session passes.
    • Fixed an issue where the page header wasn't showing the session pass name in Session Passes.
    • Fixed an issue where the Make Private/Public settings were being reverted when other product configuration changes were made in Session Passes.
    • Fixed an issue where the Google Things to Do checkout page dropdown wasn't opening in session pass product configuration in Session Passes.
    • Fixed an issue where the 'Allocate wristbands' option was being turned on across all session passes.
    • Fixed an issue where the 'Waiver' setting wasn't being saved correctly in Session Passes.

Guest Experience

  • Memberships 
    • Membership discounts can now be assigned to products using tags, making it easier to control which products a membership discount applies to.
    • Fixed an issue where membership discounts were being incorrectly distributed across multiple tickets in a booking.
  • POS 
    • POS till sessions can now be closed at without providing a cash entry — the device moves to a new till session while the cash count for the previous session is completed later in Venue Manager.
    • Fixed an issue where session times weren't appearing when attempting to reschedule a package containing a Standard Pass and a Session Pass.
    • Fixed an issue where POS tips were showing regardless of the venue's POS settings.
    • Fixed an issue where products were showing an incorrect price in POS after the price was updated.
  • Bookings: Fixed an issue where resources weren't being correctly allocated to party package bookings when created in Venue Manager and when spread across many resources.
  • Gift Cards: Fixed an issue where a cancelled gift card was remaining active in the online checkout and could still be used at checkout.
  • Online Accounts: Fixed an issue where the Pause option was available in Online Accounts for multi-membership bookings where one of the memberships wasn't yet eligible to pause.
  • Online Checkout
    • Fixed an issue where HQ-controlled venues were unable to re-enable the 'Call to Book' option after it had been removed from the HQ checkout.
    • Fixed an issue where the 'Continue' button on the mobile online checkout was graying out and not progressing when a larger file was attached via a checkout form.
    • Fixed an issue where party packages were incorrectly showing a minimum guest requirement in the progressive checkout.
    • Fixed an issue where the progressive checkout was displaying an incorrect session pass price.
    • Fixed an issue where incorrect ticket prices were being shown on Session Tiles for customised schedules with time-based price rules applied.
    • Fixed an issue where the featured product carousel wasn't appearing on HQ-managed checkouts.
  • Waivers: Fixed an issue where custom waiver form submissions were processed inconsistently between POS and Venue Manager.
