Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Bookings: Rounding issue resolved for one-cent booking payment discrepancies.
  • Dockets: Dockets now correctly display the correct number of modifiers per item when there are many of the same items in an order.
  • Groupon: Groupon payment method now logs all voucher IDs, not just the first.
  • Memberships
    • Fixed an issue that caused a recurring payment to charge whilst the membership was in a pending cancellation request status.
    • Resolved a bug that prevented a membership from expiring prematurely.
    • Expired memberships no longer block redemption of current valid memberships.
  • Mobile F&B Checkout
    • Table number prompt removed for pickup-only F&B checkouts.
    • Fixed display of & character in F&B checkout.
    • Fixed intermittent double printing of F&B receipts.
  • Online Accounts
    • Editing bookings via online accounts no longer triggers incorrect warnings.
    • Fixed issue that caused an error to display when guests updated party package bookings via online accounts.
    • Resolved a problem that resulted in a guest not being prompted for additional payment when adjusting their booking.
  • Online checkout
    • Fixed an issue where resources were not assigned in some bookings.
    • Fixed a display issue where product-tax information was appearing incorrectly (whilst still charging accurately).
    • Minimum guest count now displays correctly in collapsed package view.
    • CX3 now applies the correct quantity of forced add-on tickets when purchasing group tickets.
    • When editing party package products, you can arrange the order of inclusions. This ordering is reflected in the online checkout.
    • Add-on products can be configured as forced-inclusion, with option to remove from cart in Progressive Checkout.
    • Guests can no longer book sessions past the sales cut-off time in online checkout.
    • Fixed an issue where the membership validity was noted as "Valid from today" despite the membership starting in the future.
    • POS
      • Fixed issue where folder view navigation caused the POS to break.
      • Resolved a bug that caused product names to shorten when the POS tile displayed an image.
      • Cleaned up the automatic log-out configurations for enhanced usability.
      • Added a new log-out button on the POS main menu screen.
      • Stock products automatically flag as redeemed when printed to a docket-printer, or KDS device.
      • Fixed bug where POS device selection had to be clicked twice to activate.
      • Fixed an issue where POS templates could not be created from devices.
    • Products
      • Packages are enhanced to allow guests to choose from a range of stock-options, instead of strict stock inclusions. These options can be selected in Online Checkout and POS for guests.
      • Stock products can now be identified as F&B-specific.
    • Receipts
      • Fixed an issue blocking receipts from printing if the table-number input had letters included.
      • Resolved an issue where POS tax invoices were not accurately calculating tax based on discounts.
      • Cloud-printed receipts now show payment details consistently.
    • Role permissions: A new role permission has been created to block removing products from bookings. A manager pin can be used to override this.
  • Tipping
    • Tips can now be configured to collect on pre-tax amounts.
    • Tips can be configured to suggest amounts based on prior payments - such as deposits on parties.

Serve

  • Memberships: Fixed issue where booking agreements were detaching from membership products.
  • Wristbands: New option to use Booking ID in place of Guest Name for Wristbands.
  • Waivers
    • Fixed a display issue with updates to Waiver HTML displaying incorrectly.
    • Fixed a display issue with waiver holder dropdown, that occurred at certain zoom levels.

Market

  • Localisation: Fixed a missing translation for GX Score incentive messages.
  • Online checkout
    • Fixed an issue with auto-redemption of discounts within Online Checkout.
    • Fixed an issue with the incorrect booking total displaying after guest details were entered.

Manage

  • Packages: Sales availability for packages no longer defaults to an unexpected date.
  • Party Packages
    • Resolved issue preventing a single additional guest from being added to a party package when inclusions are set to "round down."
    • Party package inclusions can now include different products, no limited to variations of a single product.
    • Support for Party Packages & Session passes to fully book out multi-booking resources for exclusive hires.
  • Role permissions: New permission added to allow capacity blocking without requiring resource management permissions.
  • Products
    • Fixed issue where product adjustments caused them to disappear from POS/API.
    • Fixed bug where resource field wasn’t saving for newly created add-on products.
  • Schedules: Fixed issue where excluded dates were not saving after confirming conflicting schedules in the calendar.

Groups

  • Discounts
    • New option during creation of Discounts to select 'Venue Tags', within HQ.
    • Fixed an issue where discounts would be duplicated during sync between HQ and Controlled Venues.
    • Fixed an issue where if "All Products (excluding gift cards)" were selected, venue selection would be restricted.
  • Gift Cards
    • Gift Card refunds may now be processed onto any gift card within the same group, even if it was purchased at a different venue.
    • Gift Cards can now be setup, sold, searched for, and redeemed across a group seamlessly.
  • Permissions: Fixed an issue with staff roles failing to sync and transfer to Playgrounds.
  • Products
    • Create and manage stock modifiers from the HQ, and sync changes to Controlled Venues.
    • Fixed an issue where stock would not display 0 when the inventory is depleted.
  • HQ
    • Fixed an issue in HQ where the learn more link for online checkout went to an incorrect page.
    • Fixed an issue with error message clarity around the creation of HQ Staff users.
    • Improved HQ Venue Selector to be scrollable.
    • Fixed an issue where newly created package variations would not display correctly for Controlled Venues.
    • Fixed an issue where HQ Controlled Venues would in some cases have duplicated schedules.
    • Fixed an issue where staff for HQ lacked permissions for bookings within controlled venues.

Integrations

  • Guest records: Guest records now have a "tax identification number" field available.
