Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Progressive Checkout
    • Resolved a display issue that caused a "Sold out" label to appear for available bookings (they were still able to be purchased).
    • Fixed a bug that prevented changes to the progressive checkout settings from being saved in VM when the "Start on a defined date" field was updated.
    • Overcame an error that caused add-ons to be reserved on the date of purchase instead of the date of bookings.
    • Enhanced the wording of error notifications to guests to provide clear indications to the issue they have encountered.
    • Resolved an edge-case bug that prevented resources from being allocated for some bookings.
    • Stock items no longer appear as available for party packages during their restricted hours.
    • Identified a scenario where the checkout presented deposit information to the guest, whilst the booking had no deposit.
  • Online Accounts
    • Fixed a graphical issue that caused a 'View products' button to appear within Online Accounts area.
    • Resolved a blocked that prevented some guests from being able to create an account via their booking confirmation email.
  • POS
    • Fixed an issue that prevented POS templates from being edited.
    • Resolved an edge-case issue that prevented a valid booking from being created when a purchase was made on POS.
    • Fixed a problem that prevented users from selecting the members name when adding a membership discount to a booking.
    • Enhanced the modifiers flow in POS, which also adds support for packages with multiple stock items.
  • Dockets: Dockets created via Mobile F&B Ordering now correctly state that the purchase was made via Mobile F&B Ordering, instead of POS. 
  • Mobile F&B Ordering: Released a number of enhancements to increase docket printing reliability for purchases via Mobile F&B Ordering.
  • Receipts: Resolved an issue that caused cash receipts to route to alternate ticket printers.
  • Self-serve Kiosks: Fixed an issue that prevented some kiosks from launching.

Serve

  • Mobile Check-in: Resolved issue with MCI scanning where valid ticket and booking IDs frequently returned a “No result” error. 
  • Self-serve kiosks: Fixed an issue where the QR code on the Success Screen of the SSK directed users to incorrect destination.
  • Refunds: Resolved an issue where refunding a tip through Venue Manager incorrectly resulted in a pending balance on the booking.
  • Progressive Checkout: Fixed issue where auto-email for account creation was not sent when the integrated waiver was included in the checkout. 

Market

  • Discounts
    • Fixed an issue where archived discount codes were still sending email codes upon purchase.
    • Resolved an issue where non-discountable add-ons could be discounted via Membership in CX3.
  • Emails
    • Resolved an issue where order confirmation emails were not displaying product terms and conditions. 
    • Fixed an issue where the ‘Style’ tab was missing in the Waiver Reminder email template.

Manage

  • API: Fixed an issue where memberships were not being redeemed properly at the redemption endpoint.
  • Receipts: Corrected the downloadable receipt from order confirmation emails to show the accurate total amount when paid modifiers are included in a package.
  • Activity Center: Resolved a bug where guest emails in draft bookings were not triggering notifications in the Activity Center.

Platform

  • POS: Fixed an issue in POS where adding a multi-resource product to the cart incorrectly reduced the capacity of related multi-resource products that share some resources, preventing them from being sold in the same transaction.
