Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements

Sell

  • Dockets
    • Dockets now aggregate identical products within packages, making orders clearer and reducing clutter on printed output.
    • Dockets now reference F&B Checkout instead of POS when stock is ordered via the F&B interface, reducing confusion.
  • Fiskaly
    • Added a tax breakdown for Z-Bon reporting (end-of-day receipt)
    • Refund totals now appear as negative values
  • Gift Cards: Fixed an issue causeing service fees to incorrectly apply when purchasing a gift card.
  • Memberships
    • Fixed membership status display in Venue Manager, ensuring expired memberships no longer appear as “Current.”
    • Fixed an issue which caused historic payment methods to be charged for memberships.
    • The “Any Time” option in membership sales availability now correctly overrides previously set availability dates.
  • Mobile F&B Ordering: Resolved an issue where certain stock products could not be purchased if included as part of a package.
  • Online Accounts: Updated language and wording in Online Accounts configuration area within Venue Manager for improved clarity and consistency.
  • POS
    • Selling packages with cashless cards now prompts card assignment, ensuring the card is properly linked.
    • Resolved an edge-case issue causing duplicate transaction entries in POS.
  • Online Checkout
    • Booking dates in CX are now always based on venue time, eliminating inconsistencies caused by local browser time.
    • Fixed an issue which caused the user to lose focus when navigating between an embedded progressive checkout and a website.
    • Fixed an issue with deposit/subtotal tax in CX3 where switching between deposit and full payment caused display errors.
    • Added Costa Rica to the phone country code dropdown in online checkout.
    • Resolved an issue where compulsory ticket requirements were not enforced if attached to a home page widget.
    • Fixed an issue allowing compulsory ticket requirements to be bypassed due to unique product setting configurations.
    • Fixed an issue where the discount button disappeared after applying two memberships to a progressive checkout cart.
    • Corrected tax display issues for stock products included in party packages.

Serve

  • Bookings: Fixed an issue where Booking Agreements would not display associated products.
  • Discounts: Added a new setting for Discount Codes, which, when enabled, requires a manager PIN to be input before the discount will be applied.
  • Memberships: POS workflows now display membership entitlements, including the frequency for the entitlement and renewal interval.
  • Online Checkout: Fixed an issue with Online Checkout, where incorrect information would appear in party invitations sent via mobile.
  • Waivers
    • Added a new setting where, when enabled for Venues that require Waivers, a booking holder can be selected from the list of currently assigned waivers.
    • Fixed an issue preventing direct HTML editing in the Waiver Editor.
    • Fixed an issue where a minor had to be added if “include minor(s) by default” was enabled.

Market

  • Memberships: Memberships may now be discounted either by a set amount or to a fixed price point.
  • Discounts
    • The save button now correctly appears when editing discounted products in discount code settings.
    • Fixed an issue where membership discounts weren’t applied after payment, leaving bookings partially paid.
  • Emails
    • Fixed an issue with broken text formatting when printing tickets from confirmation emails.
    • Fixed an issue where Membership Detail emails in some cases did not send after packages were purchased with a fixed membership.
  • Reporting: Added Rejected discount codes to the Booking Report.
  • Guest Records: Fixed an issue where "United States" would not display as an option in Guest Profiles.

Manage

  • Bookings: Invoice and Payment Link buttons fixed — now accessible on unpaid or partially paid bookings as intended.
  • Invoice: Invoice Widget now correctly reflects future payment due dates, eliminating premature "Please Pay" messages.
  • Modifiers: Modifiers can now be fully toggled, including the ability to disable "Select by Default" when needed.
  • Packages
    • Enhanced the package sales period selector, making it easier to manage availability settings.
    • Added reminders to reduce risk of unconfigured sales periods, helping venues avoid missed package availability.
  • Party Packages
    • Fixed display bug in Party Summary, where resources listed twice in the config now show accurately.
    • Party package inclusions now update correctly when the number of tickets is incremented.
    • Resolved overbooking error when booking party packages with per-package variations despite available resources.
  • POS: POS template creation is now enabled directly from devices, simplifying terminal setup and onboarding.
  • Products: “Additional Options” section restored to the package product configuration screen for full control setup.
  • Reporting
    • Trial Balance and Xero exports updated to better handle gift card adjustments, vouchers, and OTA redemptions.
    • Corrected Trial Balance calculation when bookings contain memberships with negative-cost upgrade items.
    • Deferred Revenue in Xero exports now aligns with Reporting → Revenue Reconciliation reports.
    • Complimentary bookings in VM now excluded from credit lines in Trial Balance and from negative revenue in RRR.
    • Trial Balance report tax and funds credit lines now accurate, matching values shown in other reports.
  • Resources: Resource max capacity can now be edited successfully without issue.
  • Schedules
    • Fixed late-night session behavior, ensuring the last session of the day does not cut off earlier than intended.
    • Fixed color coding bug in operating hours, ensuring schedule visuals remain consistent beyond certain dates.
    • Same-day sessions now visible and bookable via Venue Manager from a customer's account.
  • Role permissions
    • Staff role checkout settings now sync correctly, ensuring consistent permissions across devices and systems.
    • Guest Details Page permissions now respected, hiding Segments and Waivers tabs unless explicitly permitted.
    • New “Can Manage Companies” permission added, allowing more granular control over company profile access.
    • Booking page access issue resolved, ensuring staff with "Can View Bookings" no longer encounter permission errors.
  • Stock: Venue Manager now retains negative stock values when editing stock products, preserving accurate inventory tracking.
  • Tags: Improved Tag Manager enabling tag management at the product level for improved classification.
  • Venue Manager
    • Venue Manager no longer warns of overbooking when actual capacity remains available during ticket addition.
    • “Are you sure you want to leave?” modal now responsive, with functional buttons to confirm or cancel.
  • HQ
    • You can now quickly add managed stock directly from the Products > Stock page.
    • A new info banner appears when using bulk edit on HQ product pages, improving clarity to ensure you are using the right update workflow.
    • Resolved a bug preventing short product descriptions from saving in Venue Manager, even when within the character limit.
    • The HQ staff venue dropdown now displays venues immediately.
    • Addressed an inconsistency where some HQ products were unavailable in Venue Manager, despite being available in Checkout and POS.

Payments

  • Tax: Added improved tax reconciliation within Net Settlement to ensure reporting aligns with your financial systems.
  • Reports: Introduced a new monthly report to replace Chargebee-issued tax invoices for better transparency and operational clarity.
