Platform Updates, Fixes And Enhancements


Guest Experience

  • POS: You can now update purchased items directly at the POS for any last-minute changes.
  • Permissions: You can now provide access to POS users to approve discounts and refunds without giving full POS access
  • Invoices: Fixed an issue where invoice numbers did not match between the Invoices report and the Booking activity in Venue Manager.
  • Bookings: Fixed an issue where the booking date and time format was showing incorrectly when sharing a waiver link.
  • Emails: Fixed an issue where order confirmation emails displayed venue-level Terms and Conditions instead of the applicable product-level Terms and Conditions when configured at the product level.
  • Waivers: Fixed an issue where translations were not showing when switching languages for some custom online waiver forms.
  • Online Checkout: Fixed a bug where the Minimum/From price did not display for some products.

Venue Operations

  • API: /bookings/draft/costs now includes tax breakdown for different tax components and rates when using advanced tax management.
  • ROLLER Payments: Improved Apple Pay and Google Pay Transaction Reporting
  • Memberships 
    • Fixed an issue with updating an existing product to be Cross-Venue enabled would sometimes miss updating required entitlements and discounts across connected venues.
    • You can now use payment method update link instead of manual credit card entry to update membership details in VM.
  • Invoices
    • Fixed an issue where deposit invoices incorrectly displayed “Total Paid” instead of “Total Due” in the Invoice Widget.
    • Fixed an issue where some outstanding invoices appeared in the Invoices report but were not visible or referenced in the booking activity history.
