Staff onboarding just got easier!
We’re happy to announce a number of enhancements to creating and managing staff records.
You can invite existing users that already use ROLLER to your venue now. Previously this required ROLLER support assistance.
We've also optimised the creation process and improved security by removing the password field and automatically assigned a POS pin to make the process of creating a new staff member faster. Staff will receive an updated welcome email and clicking the activate link allows them to set their password and provide their contact number.
For added security, the activation link expires after 24 hours and staff must complete this activation process before they will be able to access your venue in ROLLER.
In Venue Manager, we have added icons to the All Staff pages to clearly illustrate which staff members are assigned to the account holder, main contact and billing contact roles. If you’re an account holder you can also quickly add and remove these contact roles as well.
