Stay informed with new security alerts
We know that security is a top priority for your business, so we've added new security alerts to notify owners and management when a staff member is granted administrator access to your ROLLER account.
As soon as a new staff member is given administrator access, ROLLER will send an email alert to your Technical Contact(s) which includes all of the key information, such as who the new staff member is and which staff member granted the access. This keeps you informed of who has access and allows you to quickly take action and revoke access if required.
In order to receive these security alerts, you first need to ensure you have a Technical Contact set up for your venue. Visit our Help Center to learn how to set up your venue contacts.
