Streamline POS and SSK device management with HQ templates
Designed to save time and ensure consistency across your managed venue's POS and SSK devices, HQ-managed templates significantly simplify device management.
By leveraging the power of HQ-managed device templates, you can:
- Save precious time by managing all device templates from your HQ account, eliminating the need to update each venue's templates individually.
- Ensure consistency across all managed venues, ensuring centralised staff training programs are more effective and making it easier for staff to navigate and use POS and SSK devices.
- Improve the guest experience by maintaining up-to-date product offerings and pricing across all devices.
- Publish new products or promotions rapidly across all managed venues with minimal effort.
To begin, sign in to your HQ account and go to Apps > POS Templates or SSK Templates. From there, create your desired template, specify the venues it should be available for, and add your menus and products.
Once you hit save, the HQ-managed template will be instantly accessible for all specified managed venues' devices. Whenever you update the HQ-managed template, all linked devices across all venues will be automatically synchronized and updated ✨.
HQ-managed device templates are now available for all customers subscribed to a HQ Pro plan.
