This month’s updates focus on delivering smoother guest experiences and giving staff greater control:

  • 🏷️ Automatic discounts in checkout
    Add discount codes directly to your checkout URL — no typing required! Discounts apply automatically when guests meet the criteria, helping boost conversions and reduce support requests.
  • 📸 Membership verification at POS
    We’re gradually rolling out photo-based membership verification at check-in, making the process faster, more secure, and easier for staff to manage.
  • 🎟️ Clearer ticket availability for group bookings
    For single-booking, multiple-ticket products (like game rooms), guests can now see the number of spots available per session (eg “10 left”) instead of the number of remaining resources (eg “1 left”). This gives guests a clearer picture of availability — especially when booking for groups.
  • 🇩🇪🇺🇸 Local compliance updates
    For our German customers, an updated Till closure report when closing tills from POS now supports Z-Bon reporting requirements, with added fields (eg business details, gross receipts by tax rate). For our US customers, CARL compliance settings ensure you’re meeting local requirements with ease.
